Quick & Easy Avocado Egg salad

Here is an excellent, nutritious recipe with no processed or artificial ingredients.  

 

It is easy to make and delicious.

 

Ingredients:

 

1 half medium Organic Avocado

2 Free Range Organic Hard Boiled eggs

Himalayan salt to taste

Black Pepper to taste

Chopped celery (optional)

 

 

Nutrition Facts:

 

300 calories

23g fat

15g protein

7g fiber

8g carbohydrates

 

Directions:

 

Cut up eggs into bite size pieces, mix in avocado and remaining ingredients.  Eat immediately or store in an air tight container with some lemon juice to prevent browning.
