Wild Cherry Overnight Oats

It's cherry season and you might be wondering - are cherries actually good for you? YES!  Fruit often gets a bad wrap because if it's high sugar content.  But what you may not know is that may fruits like berries and cherries are loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, and anti-inflammatory compounds and are actually lower on the glycemic index (measure of how quickly a food causes our blood sugar levels to rise) than other fruits.  So, go for these nutrition powerhouse fruits by adding them into smoothies and overnight oats, or just eating them fresh!

1/4c Old Fashioned Oats

1/2c Frozen Cherries

Collagen Peptides (10g Pro)

1/2c Almond Milk (Califia Farms)

1tbsp Almond Butter

1tsp Cinnamon




Combine all ingredients in a jar, cover and let soak overnight.

Serve cold in the morning.
