What’s your inspiration for helping clients or getting into the fitness industry?
Fitness has always helped me. If I'm stressed or had a rough day, a workout is a better outlet than so many other things. Sharing that knowledge, and empowering people to get stronger, move more, and feel better is really very rewarding.
What’s your favorite exercise?
Its gotta be a tie between Macebell Uppercuts (and any variation of them) or Sandbag Slams!
What’s your go to healthy snack or guilty pleasure?
My favorite healthy snack would be homemade trilogy butter (almond/cashew/walnut), and guilty pleasure would have to be bacon, we can wrap asparagus up in it and feel less guilty.

Losing over 80 lbs/10%BF and continuing to improve daily
