8 week challenge

The Elevate Your Health 8 week Challenge was created to show what’s possible in 8 weeks when the right people get the right coaching, meal plan and support.

Our program is designed to change your life, but this is not a “magic pill”. Expect to work hard. We don’t care where you’re starting from, only that you try your hardest and finish!! You do not need to be in good shape to start.

Who we are looking for?

  • Must be willing to come to our facility in Babylon Village 3 days per week

  • Must be willing to take body measurements to document our program's success

  • Must follow our nutrition plan. We have a program that is tested and works, but only if you follow it!

  • Must enjoy working in a group environment. The energy at our gym is infectious!

  • Must commit to the entire 8 weeks. The first week will be difficult but it gets easier as time goes on!

  • This is not a "biggest loser" type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome.​

  • Must be committed to making this change. This will not work if the coaches and I want to see you reach your goals more than you do!​

  • Must respect the rules of the gym. They're in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give you the best workout experience possible.
